Building on these inputs, tilia worked out a first plan, which was co-ordiated with decision makers in administration and politics. This first plan was discussed in public on Reumannplatz in November 2017.

As a next step, tilia developed a design concept which was exhibited on Reumannplatz in the winter of 2017. The further planning process is in the hands of the architects of AGU. Construction works are expected to start in 2019.
